Refund Policy
Eligibility and Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund, the return must be initiated within the 30-day Return Window of the delivery date. Crucially, the item itself must be in a resalable condition: unused, undamaged, and complete with all its original components.
Furthermore, all items must be returned in their Original Packaging to ensure safe transit and proper identification upon arrival. We also require a valid Proof of Purchase, such as your order number or the original receipt, to process any request.
The Returns
To formally initiate a return, you must first Contact Us by sending an email to returns.hangsmart.project@example.com within the 30-day window. This initial email must clearly state your Order Number and the reason for the return. After review, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please note that items sent back without a valid RAN may not be processed.
The Shipping Process
The customer is responsible for covering their own shipping costs for returning the item to our facility. These shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your final refund amount. For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
