Shipping Policy
All orders for HangSmart portable hangers are processed from our facility within 2-3 business days of receiving confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) are considered received on the following business day. Customers will be notified via email of any significant delays. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination, offering both Standard shipping, which typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, and Expedited services, which take 1-3 business days, provided by major carriers such as [Carrier 1, e.g., USPS, Royal Mail] and [Carrier 2, e.g., FedEx, DHL]. Upon shipment, customers receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number that becomes active within 24-48 hours, allowing continuous monitoring of the package; however, we encourage all customers to frequently monitor this tracking information as the delivery estimates begin only once the item leaves our facility.
The HangSmart Project is pleased to offer international shipping, but customers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes levied by the destination country, as these charges are not included in the checkout price, and international shipments may be subject to customs delays outside of our control, so checking with your local customs office is recommended. We want to be clear that the HangSmart Project is not liable for any products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping; if you receive a damaged order, you must contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim, retaining all original packaging and damaged goods to support your case. If the tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office, and then contact us at support.hangsmart.project@example.com so we may attempt to find a potential resolution on a case-by-case basis.
